Hostile Government takeover of Spanish Fork Concert

On Saturday there was a concert at Diamond Fork in Spanish Fork canyon (just 200 miles north of where I live) featuring Evol Intent among other bands. Just after about 11:30pm that evening, this concert of somwhere between 1500-3000 in attendance (I can't find an official count, just the number of ticket sales), was raided by SWAT teams and over 60 people were arrested for drug charges. Now, this may or may not seem out of the ordinary to you but consider the following:

  • The Concert was 100% legal and legitamite. The tickets were sold well in advance. There was ample advertising.
  • Permission from both the city of Spanish Fork and the Bueuru of Land Management was given prior to the event.
  • Just as any 100% legal concert would have, there was already ample security forces present. Searches for drug paraphenalia were being done at the door prior to anyone's entrance to the concert.
  • Not only drug 'offenders' were arrested. All of the organizers of the event were arrested as well. This includes the Security forces that were employed that night.
  • As you watch the video, ask yourself the following: Do these people look like police officers (they are) or do they look like military? Make sure you notice the fact that these 'peace officers' are carrying some form of assault rifles.
  • Did the SWAT teams enter through the front door even? No. They flew into the concert via helicopter!!
  • And worst of all: No warrant was issued to the invading forces.

Watch the video. It speaks for itself. We are already living in a fascist empire. What's that you say? You think I'm an extremist who takes things a little too far? Whether or not you choose to see this country for what it is, is probably dependant on whether or not you can see things that don't directly affect you, not whether you like or dislike the music style. If you don't express your outrage for the rights of others… what rights do you have?

  1. Like I said you have no rights! We are stuck in the illusion that we have them, but truely take it from me we do not have any at all!

    Writing anything to them will get no results, it never does because they think the people can not think for themselves. But there are those of us who are slowley breaking away, a revolution if you will. In time those of us who are aware we do not have rights and have become more militant than political will voice our opinion in a different matter.

    No letters only guns!

    I do have rights… and not you nor any government will take them away. Rights by their very definition, cannot be taken away.

    Writing anything to them will get no results

    If you think this than you are naive, for my letter has already had a demonstratable effect on you!

    I appreciate your commments, it's more than most people do. I do have a question for you though.. if writing letters will have no effect… why do you keep commenting on my blog? To what end?

  3. The reason I respond is because I do agree with you! However unlike you I have more of a militant view of it, hence why everyone thinks I am crazy!

    Let me tell you a story that changed my mind about having rights. A few years ago I was arrested by davis county for one count of threatening life and/or object and two counts of disorderly conduct.

    Now let me ask you, according to the law you are supposed to have a lawyer present for questioning right? Wrong these officers did question me and how did I reply? I talked about stuff that did not pertain to my so called crime, hence two counts of disorderly cause two officers questioned me without a lawyer trying to get me to say I was wrong so they could get it on paper. However I would not answer anything.

    This is going to be a long one, ok now I spent 90 days of jail time which obviously is more than I should have, why? Because they lost me in the system which is illegal. One would ask "Now Jason why dont you sue them?" AHA yes I have tried Kellers does know about this, I have tried I have wrote letters to senaters to higher courts and this is why I know what they are going to tell you. My criminal papers do not exhist I can have a back ground check and pass and I skipt town and went to wendover for two years when I should have been going to court getting my sentence carried out.

    So the very thing that makes it that I can not be arrested for contempt also makes it so I can not sue anyone.

    The only way that I can even convince the government to do what is right is to have people help me, but let me ask you, do you care what happened to me? No you dont so it is futile because I would need many people to push the government to make it right but no one really cares as long as it does not pertain to them why should you care?

    In fact I can honestly say that most of you even Kellers would rather see me rot in Jail! Look at it this way this is how I feel, if I were to come over every day and bother you the first couple of things you would do to me is tell me off but after so many days of the same thing you would eventualy act out in violence and that is where I am now.

    So I am both agreeing with you and disagreeing with you at the same time. I agree something needs to be done, but the letter thing even if I were to send one right now which I am thinking of doing I know by experience unless the voice is a loud scream we will get nowhere.

    Oh yeah by the way I am sure you know cause you seem to take a hobby for law the charge of threatening life and/or object is a charge you get for protesting and refusing to leave the area like they tell you to.

    So yes at one time I had it in me like you do now and no it is not cause I am naive its because I am tired and my voice is damaged because of the screaming that can reach no one.

    The thing is you too will scream and shout because people will go back to worrying about which car to buy or which outfit they will wear the next day. If I could convince anybody of anything I would be married by now.

    I leave you with this, remember if you do not know that right exhists then you dont have it, that is a good thing to remember if you ever have to go to court if you dont know you do not have!

    So you understand why I think its futile? Its not because I am naive or stupid its because I have done and failed had I not failed I would probably be the richest person I know today.

    Well that is all for today you take care of yourself and good luck with it, truely though post that letter you get back on here cause I will be curious to see what results it has gotten.

    In fact let me make you a deal if the letter they send you responds with they are taking legal action I will gather more voices for you, however if they send you we understand your concern we will take care of it letter (that is what you will most likely get) they are not taking care of it cause nothing is being done they are just being political and telling you they think you dont have a voice but they would like you to think you do, in that case I will respond with I told you so.

  4. I never meant to say that you were stupid. The only thing I meant when I said the word "naive" was that I think you take this letter thing the wrong way.

    I realize that I probably won't get a very good response from the people I send it to. I will be very lucky if they even read the thing. However, my point was that by posting the letter here I have already gotten many reactions out of the people that have come here and read it. They are starting to think about things in a new way. Blogs and the internet in general are extremeley powerful tools, I believe that they will be the most important tool in reshaping our society. The reason I want to write letters is by writing them I am taking –some– action. I would be more persuaded by someone taking some kind of action (and showing me that action) than if they only ranted on some message board about it. I don't doubt that you have taken considerable action. But action that is not known by others is not powerful.

    This raid on this concert is a tragedy, I wish it never happened. However, at the same time, I am almost glad it happened. The more stuff that happens that is so blatently wrong, the easier it is to get the word out about how governments usurp control. But if I don't do my part, I cannot feel justified in that reasoning. I am the only one (and others individually) that can turn this travesty into some force for good.

    Watch for my letter this weekend.

  5. yes I will try to keep an eye out for it! I know you were not calling me stupid, plus even if you did I beg to differ. I think I totaly agree with you now, I figured that you were more trying to just send a letter thinking that would be all you needed. I was just saying that it would not do you any good cause you need more people.

    Kellers herself does not like anything I do, I dont know why she talks to me and it confuses me! She says I am sexist but I beg to differ! Has anyone looked at what it is like to be a white single male? When I went to school I had a proffeser talk about the travesty of female circumcision but I had to say something about that! Does anybody care that somebody mutilated me at a young age? Does anybody mention that my rights are violated when Kellers gets a job because of sex appeal and I dont cause I have no sex appeal! I garantee she would not fight that one for me, and yes that happened to me in wendover more women were being hired and I was worth nothing cause the new male manager they appointed. All she can tell me is I am sexist!

    Sure I may have some desires but not cause I am sexist its because I am human my body is programed for those desires otherwise humans would cease to exhist. She may hate the fact that if she says that not all men have sexual desire like that I tell her yeah cause they are gay she gets mad, ALL MEN HAVE THAT DESIRE but some of us hide it better than others that is all there is to it.

    Anyways I got off base here, I just wanted to tell you with what you wrote I do agree and I do understand.

    Maybe you ought to write a topic on how the single white male is affected in our society, we get screwed out of a lot I think. Kellers is always telling me how women are oppressed but screw that! women got it good, if I sued a girl for sexual harrasement (which according to the law happens everyday) everybody would laugh at me and say yeah right!

    I would like you to put something like that up, I have much to say on that topic! I am sick of hearing that women got it bad compared to 100 years ago. I dont think I am sexist at all! When I say a person molested another person you automaticaly assume a male right? I look at the sex offenders list every so often there are women up there too!

    I could counter with every right you say a woman does not have I could tell you different easily but because that dont benefit them than i guess it is sexist for me to say that huh?

    Well I am out I guess tell Kellers to call me if you see her. I think you should do one on that, do your research though it is a tough topic and you will most likely get crap from it, but be brave and try it I say.

  6. No Letter yet? Well I am still keeping tabs as much as I can. I saw the video, compared to some of the crap I have been through that is nothing, they were not even that brutal! I guess that is what happens when you become desensitized, they would have to start putting people through wood chippers in order for me to find it horrifying!

    Our military is a lot more brutal than what the politicians want you to believe as well, we flag them as hero's, but like I said we are the ones who are terrorists, look the word terrorist up in the dictionary and than tell me that isn't what we are!

    Well I got to go so hopefully I see something new up on here soon! peace out!

    i don't understand what you mean. those kids at the very LAWFUL concert didn't seem to be using any force or violence.

    also, do you need someone to be thrown in a wood chipper before you would considder sending a letter? seems a little extreme. not to mention disturbing.

  8. Ahhh you misunderstand, not the kids the country our country we are terrorists as a whole country. As for the kids at the concert, yes there rights were violated by those terrorists that are supposed to protect and serve us, I dont see much serving!

    No they would not need to be stuck in a wood chipper for me to write a letter, but if they did stick them in a wood chipper that would shock me! That is what I am saying I am not all that shocked.

    But I see at least one of you has looked up the dictionary meaning for terrorist! That is what America truely is.

    My Whole spill on here was that writing a letter would do us no good, I believe in a more militant movement. I would not stick you in a wood chipper to question you it does not work while you are screaming and choking blood, I am smarter and more dangerous than that! I was just pointing out that it would take that to be shocked about the whole thing.

    Hmmm I think that is all I have to say, just need to make sure you understand that. You know Ryan I should start putting some of my work on here, I got things that would make you piss yourself. Not even Kellers knows what they are cause I always refer to it as my "Work" I think she knows the Golgatha prison design I have, but I think that is it!

  9. I am sorry I have to make one last comment! Trust me there is nothing too extreme to your methods, or maybe there are but than again you have not met me yet!

    I anylize everything that comes accross me I have read your letters and comments over and over and over again I have to ask though how come I dont see any comments by Kellers? Well besides the spots thing in your photo gallery? She dont care?

    What has she told you about me exactly? I am curious, I bet she has not has she? Too embarassed by me I am sure, dont know how that is possible though you should have met Neal what a homo that one was and idiot to boot!

    Do you by chance and this is way off subject but I dont care cause I want to ask you, if I cant ask her than I will ask you (and I am very drunk by the way). But do you know where she will be attending? Is it going to be close by? I am kind of hoping it is close to me and yet kind of hoping she leaves the state to attend school!

    If she comes up this way like salt lake area than that would mean I would get to see her more which is both good and bad. If she leaves the state than she will be out of my life for good and I wont have to deal with her anymore which also is good and bad!

    It depends on a lot of things I am just hoping that if she is close by she dont want me to socialize with who she does I hate most people I spend most of my time by myself so it is only natural that I hate most of you Kellers has my heart so of course I dont hate her but really I could give a damn less about anything and yes I dont care that people are suffering in New orleans Damn them all Damn us all we deserve what the planet is giving us.

    Well that is all really this time I am just going to pass out now you should put a random one on here one without a topic really just people to bitch about things I like to bitch I will bitch until I die and that is around the corner if I live to be 28 I know I wont live past 40 bye
